    In-person and virtual options available.

  • 60 minute sessions between two people to focus on relational issues.

    This can be couple/partner counselling, or a parental relationship etc. (Both individuals would have to be agreeing to counselling together).

  • Groups and psychoeducation sessions will be offered at select times. Information as to what is available and when can be found here.

  • Workplace consulting services and workshops. Supporting businesses and teams to stay healthy, connected, and resilient.

Rates

Accessibility of mental health services is important, therefore a select number of sliding scale spots are available without proof of income. Please contact me directly or let me know in the consultation call.

  • 60 minute session $160.00

    (This applies to individual and relationship therapy, as well as in-person or virtual sessions)

  • 60 minute session $200.00

    (This applies to individual and relationship therapy. Only virtual sessions are available to AB residents at this time)
