  • A free 15 minute chat to decide if we are a good fit. We talk about what you're looking for, what I offer, and logistics.

    Phone call or video call options available.

  • Virtual and in-person individual therapy sessions offered. Choose from 50 or 60 minute sessions.

  • Therapeutic sessions between two people to focus on relational issues. This can be couples counselling, or a parental relationship etc. (Both individuals would have to be agreeing to counselling together).

    In-person and virtual options available.

  • Groups and psychoeducation sessions may be offered at select times. Information as to what is available and when can be found here.

Rates

Accessibility of mental health services is important, therefore sliding scale rates are available without proof of income. Please contact me directly or let me know in the consultation call.

  • 50 minute session $140.00

    60 minute session $160.00

    (This applies to individual and relationship therapy, as well as in-person or virtual sessions)

  • 50 minute session $180.00

    60 minute session $200.00

    (This applies to individual and relationship therapy. Only virtual sessions are available to AB residents at this time)
